Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Not at all, other dentists have told me to avoid him/her Was this provider's office too loud? Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud Did this dentist answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Does this provider treat their staff well? No, the staff was very mistreated Were you able to relax during your appointment? No, I was on edge

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Yes, they examined my teeth thoroughly Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

doctor turley at gorens office has done an excellent job keeping my teeth and gums healthy for the past 25 years. but beware of victor in the billing dept. on one occasion he charged me 390.00 for a proceedure that my insurance company said should only cost 90.00 and on two other occasions he charged me for things that i did not need. he's under pressure to make money for his boss and keep his job.
