I was referred to Dr. Edwards by a former patient who described him as nice, but my experience was shocking and unprofessional. I called the morning of my appointment to confirm the time, believing it was 8:45am. I was abruptly told that I had already missed it because it was booked for 8:00am. I later came in for a follow up appointment that I made, which they had canceled without notifying me, apparently because I missed the other appointment. Great people, great place
Dr. Edwards is a great dentist. He managed my tough dental situation very well, and five years later, I'm still pleased with the results. We've since moved out of state, and the first thing my new dentist said to me, upon meeting her, was to compliment my previous dentist's work! I'd take a plane to keep Dr. Edwards as my dentist, if I could afford it!
