closed perminantly no reason ..no luck?had a brain mri scheduled for Dec for no reason it was discontinued..Told practiced closed go to Allison arch terriable won't give me my triplicates..5 tears Dr eldman gave them to me after dr david duffin closedb10 years ago..no good nurologist anymore
