Office staff was very friendly and most importantly, got me in ASAP. Dr. Gerstein was very nice, never rushed or dismissive, and took the time to listen to me -really listen- and thoroughly explain the recommended treatment. Dr. Gerstein was the first Dermatologist I have ever visited, and he has been incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone else thinking of visiting a Dermatologist for the first time.
