Dr. Wight sat at his desk at a distance, did not make eye contact. I asked for him or me to sit closer, as I have a hearing problem. He ignored the statement. I am a senior citizen; he noticed I am young looking for my age; he questioned my age; spent the entire time talking about people who look young, telling me Indian people as a culture, look young. He was totally obsessed with his prognosticating...I had no idea what orbit he was in. My entire session completely wasted..never went back.
Northern Illinois is blessed to have a doctor such as Dr. David Wight. He is a gifted doctor that knows what he is doing. I owe him my life.
Dr. Wight has been treating me for a long time. Other doctors gave up on me, telling me there was nothing more they could do for my treatment-resistant depression. Dr. Wight has a very kind manner about him, making it easy to talk to him. He takes time to listen and I never feel rushed. He truly cares about his patients, and takes the time he needs to develop a medication plan that would be the best treatment.
He is very unprofessional, creepy scary to think this man has people's life in his hands, he makes you wait, and you have a certain amount of time with him, but he won't let you talk, this man needs help. Absolute jerk!
