I’ve been a patient of Dr. Shores for 30 years. Genuine and caring, smart endocrinologist. He’s adjusted my thyroid medications among others to get exactly where I needed to be according to my bloodwork/labs. Have been driving an hour plus sometimes just to get seen by Dr. Shore. Totally worth the time and drive for the care and expertise!
Worst phone call every today. Front desk customer service was horrible.
Dr. Shore and the staff are amazing. No one is excited to get the diagnosis of diabetes. However, Dr. Shore, Dominque and the rest of the staff are so supportive. They are so responsive to any and all questions. They are kind, patient and truly care about their patients. I have never felt rushed or left my appointment with questions. Dr. Shore and his team makes having Diabetes easier. They go above and beyond.
Dr. Shore was knowledgeable and explained my situation well without beating around the bush. He asked if I had any questions multiple times and was a good listener. I felt confident in his diagnosis and recommendation.
If you are looking for a Dr to dismiss a very high thyroid antibody test level and only focus on diabetes and prescribe metformin this is your Dr. He is a good doctor to treat diabetes by the book, if you need a doctor that think out of the box to find what you have and give you a diagnose don’t waste your time and money with him.
