I am so disappointed with his office , NP, and USC system all together. I made an appointment for my mother 4-5 months ago and for five times , I am not joking , five times I have been rescheduled , three times for dr Ginsberg and twice for his nurse practitioner appointment the day of or one day prior to the appointment! Such unprofessional treatment! Every times the excuse is an emergency happened ! The Dr was a referral by mom’s GP and she 78 years old ! So far … With staff and location I would say zero o hope the Doc makes up for it . I’ve been shuffled around to now the 3rd waiting room . I filled out paper work and uploaded my ID for no reason. They had me do it here His front desk girl is so rude zero compassion to be on med field . Just sits there with Jean jacket on and attitude . Said my doc didn’t send over info and gave me Attitude like it was my fault . I called my doc and had it emailed and faxed over and she rolled her eyes . So far not impressed been waiting 40 ... read more
