I made my appointment over the phone and gave my insurance information to make sure I was in network. I received my text reminder to show up 30 minutes before the appointment. I arrived 30 minutes early as they had said . I walked up to the counter for the receptionist to say you are out of network and we won’t see you . Wow! I drove from out of town and took off work. Not a very pleasant office or nice receptionist. I would not recommend
Dr Francis has wonderful bedside manners. He is well equip with foot knowledge and i feel confident that he will figure out the problem if their is one.
Staff is friendly and answers questions with confidence. I've been going here for a little more than 10 years. Doctor Francis has always shown true concern about the issues I've had and a good plan to clear up the problem.
I have been a patient of Dr. Francis for several years. I absolutely love him! He is very professional, a great listener, very intelligent, has a kind heart, is very prompt on his schedule and wants only the best for his patients. I can highly recommend him!
Dr Francis is an excellent surgeon and doctor. He is organized and logical in his approachalso professional but friendly.
