It saddens me to have to write this review after going to Dr. Dave Smith for over 15 years. Spent well over $5000! I called because yesterday my Permanent retainer broke off and it is cutting my mouth. I called and April answered the phone and told me that she could not get me in until the 23rd and not only that it was gonna be $200 to replace. I received my braces here, and the assistant staff has always been friendly. They charge a 4% fee if you were to pay using a credit card and do not offer payment plans. They will not call to confirm or remind you of upcoming appointments. Edit 5/5/25: They literally open their doors at 8:30 AM, so even if your appointment is at 8:30 and you arrive early, you'll need to wait outside or in your car.
