Ability to set notification preferences. I appreciate being notified, but after I confirmed via text and email, I still received a phone call. Reminders are good, but 3 different forms are a little too much. Amazing customer service. I walk in after 2 years, and am still greeted by my first name, and they know my appt time and what I'm there for without any explaination or check in. Keep up the good work!

Dottie was great as usual, but I did not like Dr. Miles at all. He had a terrible bed side manner, he was loud and pessimistic. Very off putting. I will never interact with this man again. If I do, I won't be coming back. I have had Dr. Cooper as my dentist for many years and he has always been great. Not sure even where Dr. Miles came from, but I did not like him at all.
Annie was great! It was nice to meet Dr. Miles. Front desk staff are always cordial!
