I absolutely love the service and every single employee at Dr. Coopers. I have been using Dr. Cooper for around 15 years and would not dream of going anywhere else. I have never felt more comfortable with any health care provider. Dr. Cooper and staff truly care about their clients and they go out of their way to take good care of them.
dental hygienist was indifferent. standard questions -- not listening to answer very well, just repeating her pre-recorded sayings. financial options person was downright arrogant and rude. did not understand situation but kept right on talking and talking. Not the kind of person I have time to waste on. You get one more chance. There are many choices in a growing city.
Paula is always great. Robyn at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. Althea is always good to explain the procedures, financial options, etc... You guys have been our whole family's dentist since you came to NWA, and we regularly refer you to our friends. You do a great job.
Had to wait a little past my appointment time, but I usually expect that. Staff is always friendly, Kristine is a great hygenist and Dr. Fergus is wonderful.
I have been coming to this office for many years and everyone is so nice and helpful. There in no pressure to have any procedure done. They are very understanding of financial situations and insurance coverage.
It was a cleaning appointment. Paula is always awesome! The girls at the front desk keep it cheerful. We've been with this dental office since 2008 and have never had a bad experience.
