I have been coming to your clinic for about 2 years. Nothing by complements to staff and Dr. Fergus. Alway friendly and fast and professional. I do, however, have a concern about my finacial obligation. When I enter, I was asked if I was Roger Baker and has anything changed since last time and the receptionist when down a list. Didn't take 30 seconds of time. Great service from start to finish. Always a pleasure working with Dr. Fergus and his staff. From scheduling to checkout it really is a good experience.
As far as going to the Dentist, wonderful experience from a great staff. From the check-in to cleaning to Dr. review, professional yet friendly and down home. Recommend 100%.
I have HUGE anxiety about visiting the dentist that has caused me to go several years without seeing a dentist. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the hygienist to Dr Cooper have been amazing at making me feel comfortable. I'm very grateful for an amazing dentist office!
