I always like the hygienists - they are so professional & thorough and explain everything so well, my favorite is Alicia.
Great service and the dentist cares. The folks that deal with the money though need to understand that the customer does not work there. So using terminology that is used by industry insiders does not leave a customer feeling secure. And as studies show most customers just won't say anything. That is the only thing I would add.
