Kelley, way to cheerful and professional. The question 1, not so good, is a result of a thorough examination, skillful probing, and an excellent discussion with a satisfying response with my understanding of missed plaque (calculus) removal for at least 5 years. Dr. Wisener was thorough in his discovery process being very careful in referring me to the Periodontal Offices of a trusted Senior. Everything was fine except for the wait to get seen by the dental hygienist and the unavailability of the payment estimation person.
Gayle was excellent and I really enjoyed meeting her. One of the best cleanings I've had ever. ;):).
