Alright so this is not my experience. But my wife has tried to ask for help and assistance in trying to figure out what may be wrong with her mental health. It has almost been a whole year without any sort of improvement or positive reinforcement that she is going to be taken care of. All she has received is the abnormal discard to another doctor that does not help or also has a “schedule” to full. Dr. Darlene Ramones at Kamakana Ali'i Straub is an excellent doctor. She is patient, kind and respectful. I have always been able to get an appt. in a timely manner and I am impressed with the ease of my visits and follow up care. Dr. Ramones was spot on with her diagnosis and treatment for a recent issue. After one day I am feeling positive results with a reduction in pain and an increase of mobility. So rude - I just called to see if I could make an appointment for my mom and the lady that answered the phone had such a smart aleck attitude. I called for help and she sounded like wanted to fight me! Nevermind go fix your attitude before you answer the phone next time. Do you like your job or?

I've tried scheduling at least 4 visits when I needed to see a doctor over the last year. Dr. Ramones was never available to see me or it was a 2-3 week wait before I could see her. She cancelled on me the day of visits and didn't notify me til I arrived in person. Each time I needed to see her, she referred me to urgent care instead. My worst experience with a physician I've ever had. I switched primary care physicians and would never recommend Dr Ramones to anyone.

While looking around Oahu for Doctor’s I had some friends speak highly of Dr Darlene Ramones and said I should go see her. She has a fantastic bedside manner and really takes the time to get to the bottom of what is ailing you! I wish more doctors these days took time to listen to patients needs, lucky for me, I found Darlene! I know she will be able to help me and my family here on Oahu for many years to come!
