Our recent visit was extremely disappointing. The doctor dismissed our concerns and refused to provide meaningful help for ongoing issues, showing little interest in addressing our children’s needs. She seemed unwilling to listen or consider established care plans, and the overall interaction felt rushed and dismissive. We left feeling unheard and unsupported, and would not recommend this provider to anyone seeking compassionate or thorough care for their family.
I tried to establish care with Dr. Daphne Madden at this office and had a very negative experience. She was extremely impersonal and made me feel as if I was “med-seeking,” despite the fact that I have been on the same medications for over a decade. When she prescribed my medication, she entered the wrong frequency. I reached out to have it corrected, but instead of fixing the prescription to the correct three-times-daily schedule, she resent it as a once-daily 30-day supply. I would give zero stars if I could. Worst health decision I made was going to this “doctor.” I had unexplained high blood pressure and debilitating anxiety that came out of no where. She chalked it up to postpartum issues after my second child was born. I knew something was not right. Instead she dismissed all my concerns, would gaslight me and told me to see a psychiatrist. Stay away from this “so called” physician at all costs. She is rude, condescending and feels the need to judge, criticize patients who demand informed consent or who think differently regarding medical procedures.
I received some semblance of care, but it was topped off with aggressiveness that I dont experience with our doctor's offices.
