I can't say enough good things about Dr Estupinan and his staff. Dr Estupinan listens, is extremely thorough, and makes you feel like a human not just a patient. His staff and nurses are personable, knowledgeable and add a little brightness to your day.
I'm going to assume that the reason why they have 4.4 stars is because the doctors are good at their job. I've been trying to get seen with different doctors at this location for 3 years now and have just ended up on a back and forth with them. They repeatedly claimed that they never get my referral from my PCP although I can see it on my patient portal. Went to a visit with my father, he was irritated because Dr was running an hour late. However, he was very good with my father, patiently listening and offering sincere condolences and a hug. You can't factor these moments in an office visit, but he took the time to be compassionate. I don't mind waiting when you know you're going to be heard and not just seen. Thank you Dr Danny
