Will never see this Dr again!! She butchered my surgery and now I have a lot of medical issues :-(
I was referred from my D.O. to see Dr. Akingba, i was very pleased with the care that i received from her. Her staff was very kind. I appreciate all that was done for me

Dr. Akingba and her staff are all very kind and helpful women. Each of them went out of their way to treat myself and my family with dignity and respect. Dr. Akingba was very honest and direct which was a suprise at first but I have come to love her warm, but "give it to you straight" approach. I am never rushed in or out of the office, I am greeted by each member of her staff and I feel comfortable being in her care. Snotty attitude, acted like she was too busy to help me and I was just a thorn in her side. Then she recommended the most expensive procedures first, instead of opting for the cheaper blood tests to rule out other stuff. She's just watching her own back to make sure she does everything she can to not get sued. I do NOT recommend her.
Dr. Danita Akingba is a wonderful physician who is an expert at what she does. I have referred her to my colleagues,friends and family. She performed my hysterectomy in September 2011,and I am so glad I chose her to do the procedure. She and her team went above and beyond for me and they answered my many questions. Had an operation - she was very nice, a little late but everything worked fine
misdiagnosed, Did a surgery according to patient's what patient thought was going on rather than what the eurodynamcis test showed. She answered cell phone while in pre-surgery prep room with patient. Akingba or staff does not return calls, after surgery Akingba was to call in a prescription and never did, even after calling about it 2 times.
