Very knowledgeable very nice. Takes his time answer any questions very compassionate with his patience.
Was sent here through the VA for a normal eye appointment. Appointment was quick enough and service was fine. I was told by Dr. Weikert and his tech/assistant to email over my old prescriptions and they would rewrite them for me and email my new prescriptions back to me. My appointment was on a Thursday. I call back Friday and nobody answered the phone once on any of the 6 calls I made that day. Dr Weikert is friendly, professional, no nonsense ophthalmologist. His staff in the back are just as amazing! The staff out front can be rude, and uncooperative. They speak to the elderly sharply and reprimand patients when their not clear on something.
My husband has been given excellent care by Dr. Weikert, for an eye injury. He and his staff are friendly, professional and very caring.
I was a new patient. The two women at the front desk were incredibly rude and cold. My appt was at 2:20 and I was taken back at 3:20 only to be put in another waiting room. I was there for a possible eye stroke. The doctor walked in and tilted my head twice and said I was okay. He then proceeded to tell my eyeglasses were not needed and that I paid a lot for mine and he paid 10 for his. He was in the room with me less than 7 mins .
