I would never return to see Dr Schwartz in Brookline. The technicians did all the work he never examined my eyes even though this was my yearly appointment. My former ophthalmologist retired. He said to me oh you’re going to see Dr Sang and she’ll dialate your eyes. He never looked at my eyes and I felt the technicians were afraid of him. He told me I should have cataract surgery. I’ll never enter that office again. My PCP looked for a note and there was nothing. I’m looking elsewhere now because I do need cataract surgery.
I have been visiting every year for the past five years and have always been impressed by his patience and ability to explain complex topics so that mortals can understand them.
