Dr. Scanlan is a fantastic doctor. I was very nervous about my procedure but she explained it so well that I was calm throughout the entire episode. I felt like she was holding my hand though I know otherwise. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient. She has a wonderful staff working for her. I felt very comfortable the minute I checked in. I would recommend Dr. Scanlan to everyone I know.
Well organized, very professional Medical office. Dr. Rivlin is a superb Specialist and top Moss surgeon.
Dr. Zaulyanov-Scanlan performed MOHS surgery on my ear after getting back the results of a biopsy. She and her staff are both friendly and skilled. They, especially Dr. Zaulyanov-Scanlan, explained what was happening and put me at ease. They gave me detailed instructions before I left. The surgeon has an excellent manner with patients. I recommend her to anyone with concerns or questions about their skin, especially, as in my case, about sun damage.
As his patient, I found Dr. Studnik to be very arrogant and incredibly unprofessional. I had to have a biopsy but the office never bothered to contact me with the results or any explanation of my condition. When I insisted on speaking to a nurse, they said I had nothing and ridiculed me. Thankfully I asked for a copy of the results which revealed that I do in fact have a condition that needs treatment. Dr. Rivlin is one of the shining stars in my retinue of doctors and, together with his extraordinary staff, always provides a memorable and caring experience. Having been a sun worshipper for much of my life, I never had the problems that so many of like mind have experienced until pre-cancerous and cancerous spots began to appear with a vengeance.
