Dr Siegel made me extremely uncomfortable and no one should have to be in a situation like that!
Dr Siegel is wonderful. He comes to get you in the waiting room, takes his time, is thorough and his assistant is great. They have always gotten back to me immediately and he is the one who calls with results.
I have been seeing Dr. Siegel for many years, have complete confidence in his care, and his ability to solve my issues. I trust him to always give me the best medical advice. I also enjoy his positive attitude, and I leave his office feeling better each and every visit.
This office is impossible to get an appointment with. When I have gotten through, the people are extremely short & rude & have left me waiting 12+ minutes just to come back & transfer me to another voice mail box where I leave more unreturned messages. I’ve been trying for 4 days and still no apppintment. Ridiculous.
Blew me off and left the office trying to do a telehealth appt. With him.
I was incredibly nervous and upset when I first met with Dr. Siegel. Basically, I was a wreck. During our meeting, he was able to calm me down, reassure me, and give me the clarity and calmness I needed to understand what was going on. Dr. Siegel takes the time to get to know his patients. I have been seeing him for over three years with some very Chronic and unusual health issues. I truly trust everything that we have been doing so far to get some kind of control over my condition. I feel very fortunate to have him as my doctor, maybe it's just me but it seems like medicine has become more of you only have five minutes of my time and that is not how he works.
I am a doc, too. Dr. Siegel is a skilled, knowledgeable, and kind physician who is collaborative and thorough. I happily refer patients to see him, besides seeing him myself.
