He was on call in ER at Franklin Woods Hospital when I brought my husband in..and he was an answer to prayer for us. He cares for the total person..not just physical!!!!
I'm extremely happy Dr.Tolan is with Unicoi County Memorial Hospital now. He is amazing !!!
When a doctor tells you a blood pressure of 200 is not of concern then I am wondering why this doctors has a rating of 5. He should have his license revoked!
This man is absolutely amazing. I cant get my 2 year old to talk to or interact with most doctors bur he took the time to play with her laying in the hospital bed. He is absolutely AMAZING when it comes to kids!!! And i can't brag enough on him.
