I have been a patient of Dr. Payne's for many years. He is easy to talk to and never makes you feel rushed. He is a great doctor and very understanding. I wouldn't go to anyone else. He makes you feel so special that you would think you are his only patient. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Dr. Payne for always being there for me. I couldn't have made it without you.
