If Dr. Payne wants new patients, I would certainly recommend him. A very competent and professional physician, yet takes time to not only listen to the patient, but hear what is being said. 10 out of 10 in rating. As far as the elevators in the building I'd give them a 3 out of 10; about the slowest elevators I've ever used.

Dr. Daniel Payne and his staff are THE BEST! My husband and I have been under his care for over 15 years and couldn't ask for a more thorough and compassionate doctor and staff! They always answer any questions we have, take great care of us whether we are there for illness or just a yearly check up. They are quick with results from any test or lab work. I am thankful for Dr. Payne and his staff for their quality of care as a patient.
