Very unprofessional & extremely rude to his staff. Talks down to his girl who literally did everything for him while he stayed in his chair! Treated me like I was dumb because I had questions that he didn’t even answer! He gives off a horrible vibe! Not too mention the wait time is outrageous! Save the trouble and go to Morgantown!!

I called to make an apt as a new patient and was put on the schedule the same day with Dr Herring! Any other office you have to wait weeks I was so surprised! When arriving to my appointment I filled out paperwork and was taken right back!! The medical assistant was so quick and friendly! When she left the room she was back within 5 minutes with Dr Herring! He was very down to earth and thorough with my exam and answered all my questions in a way that I would understand! What an amazing doctor! I recommend him to everyone!!
Dr. Herring is a really great Dr. He will go out of his way to help until you get the exact care you need, whether it be issues with medications or insurance companies. The wait time isn't an issue because you wait in almost every doctor office on a busy day. Dr. Herring was able to get me approved on Humira very quickly due to the other medications I was using not being very helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Herring and his PA's.
Had a general skin exam. 2 skin cancers found and treated within a month!!!
I was seen for a mole of concern. My mole was biopsied and came back with irregular cells. I was told to come back into the office to have the mole completely cut out. Dr. Herring did the surgery to remove it and was extremely friendly throughout the whole process.
Went to Dr. Herring about my skin being thin and healing poorly. He came into the room unannounced while I was still putting my gown on and brushed it off. He didn't address my concerns AT ALL and spent less than 5 minutes in the room with me. Instead of sitting and talking with me, he said his nurse would go over a few things, which never happened. I was sent on my way with a RX for a couple creams and wondering what on earth just happened. Very disappointing visit. Won't see him again!
