No, they never postpone my appointment Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

They definitely didn't answer all of my questions. Maybe one or two, but I definitely needed more information. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I was concerned with the cleanliness of the office. The trays that held supplies in the room I was in had rust on them.

No, I don't think so Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this dermatologist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? They were average

Yes Would you recommend this provider to others? I Already Have Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.
