Instead of helping me, Briana, the receptionist, was incredibly rude, dismissive, and careless. She gave me a referral to a non-existent lab location — I drove there only to find out it doesn’t exist. Ive called them multiple times and left voicemails and NO ONE PICKS UP OR RETURNS YOUR CALLS! I wont waste my gas , time and wear and tear and come up there to set up a damn appointment. Dont waste your time! Theyre incompetent, lazy, and they dont want to do their jobs
Wow.. I was shocked to see that Dr. Dana Scott had a bad review, but after reading the reviews , it was mostly based on trying to get a hold of a staff member, but what I would say is that you need to know that Dr. Dana Scott operates her 3 offices solo, which mean by herself no other physician she is in different offices location different days .. but just leave a message they will contact you asap, just be patient, any how, Dr. Dana is phenomenal very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly she cares,and has a bea... read more
UPDATED REVIEW (4/17/24): So although the office still sucks at answering and returning calls once you actually get through it's such a breeze getting an appointment and my husband is always in and out of the office with getting the questions he has answered and treatment he needs. He actually likes Dr. Dana Scott and is surprisingly very content with the service he's been getting. I'm very pleased too.
