Dr. Kirby has always given me the best care of any Doctor I have ever seen! Always very thorough, thoughtful and caring.
She always listens to my concerns & complaints. She is very thorough. She asks about my life & my family.
Rude front office staff who neglected to tell me they charge $125 new patient fee and tell you you’re stupid for not knowing your own insurance policy... EXCEPT FOR I do know my policy and my last AMAZING Dr. In HOU didn’t charge a fee like that and I just wanted to understand why. Instead I was told it wasn’t their responsibility to know my insurance. I’m well aware my deductible wasn’t met! What I wanted to know was why I was told a month ago I was going to have to pay you $125 fee!!!
i had a great experience at her office, she is very caring and attentive. She was very professional on how she handled my case. I have even sent a couple of co workers to her.
Dr Kirby is always personable. We laugh & share family stories. She always takes time to listen. I’ve referred my coworkers & family to her as well.

She has been my primary care physician for over 20 years and I love her. She always takes the time to listen to you and you are never felt rushed. Excellent family doctor that I highly recommend!!
Worst doctor ever. Always late. Every appt I had she was more than 20 mins late. She'd usually blame it on other patients which I could understand. However, the last visit I had I was her first patient at 830am. I arrived at 745. I walked out at 855am having still not seen her. Very unprofessional with no regard for anyone's time.
