Don’t understand how an office can’t run so inefficiently! Simple thing like asking for a written prescription due to insurance requirements has taken over a month and they still got it wrong. Switching Dr’s office ASAP... would rather not deal with rude unhelpful people for my medical care.
Dr Forte is a great Doctor and has served our family well over the past 9 years from diverticulitis, shoulder injury, infections, to our yearly physicals which I feel are important to do yearly. Thank you Dr Forte and all of your staff. James and Family
Front office scheduled appt for 3 days later from when I called. I called back and got 415 appt since some one cancelled. Didn’t cancel the first.The same girl who has been there for years at the front window lied. She said I had 2 people in front of me. I waited hour and 45 min. When I went back up there she said I was an add on. Dr Forte said it was too late to call in the prescription. Walgreens is 24 hours. Walgreens could not understand her instructions. The office would not call Walgreens.
I have been a patient at Forte Family Practice for a few years now and I have yet to experience any issues. I have never had a billing issue or issues with scheduling. Like most offices if you are in with the sniffles you are ushered in and out quite quicky. I recently had a major illness that was misdiagnosed by a hospital and Dr. Forte was able to narrow it down and she and her staff took the time to assist me with the proper treatment.
Great doctor! My wife had an allergy reaction to Penicillin and I had to take her to an ER. They gave her a shot of Benadryl and that was it. I asked about steroid treatment as this had happened before and the doctor said that there was no need. We went home hoping it would get better and it didn't. Next Sunday morning my wife got worse. I called Dr. Dana Forte for an advice and she immediately offered help even she was out of state on vacation! She said what I thought the first doctor should ha
I went to this practice for a few years as I had lucked out with a wonderful doctor. Happily he left about a year ago and I was able to find him. This morning I got a call from them at 7:45 about a program (I am guessing as I could not understand the person calling). Going to that office was not enjoyable. The staff hardly smiled, if you needed a RX refill you had to go to the office to pick up the prescription even if you had been to the doctor that past week but forgot to get it.
IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD !!!! I only went once, the front desk girls ignore you, the assistants are stupid and I saw Joe the PA, he was an arrogant butt hole !!! I should have known better when the waiting room was empty on a Saturday. Then on my second visit, I was sick. Called at 1:00 to tell them I cant make my 3:30 follow up appointment to go over my blood work. The receptionist said, "then we have to charge you $25.00" I said to her that I cant drive, Im sick.
I see Beverly on Rainbow I have heard talk about patients in the hall after the have left and it was very rude. Beverly is blunt and her answer to almost everything is to lose weight if you have chronic illnesses and medicine that doesn't help that situation either. Go on the Mediterranean diet umm are you paying for it ? Not everyone can afford it. Denise is very rude and so is the front office staff . Changing docs..
