Finding good medical care from medical providers is very difficult to come by, whether it’s them not showing you the time of day or passing you off from specialist to specialist, so it was very refreshing to have the worst injury of my lifetime to date and have a Dr. Hargett as my orthopedic surgeon overseeing my recovery. Dr. Hargett has earned a memorable place in my life.. First and foremost, she chose to take on my chronic trauma case and ultimately fixed my arm and shoulder! She listens and communicates so you understand the procedure—I like to be very involved when it comes to my health. Dr. Hargett fixed my collarbone. I had a broken clavicle that it wasn’t healing. She did surgery and put a metal plate in. It is now 100% better. I can use it just like I did before I broke it; it doesn’t get in the way when I wrestle or go to the gym. The scar is not very noticeable. She was very good at explaining all the options and it was easy to talk to her about my concerns.
