Dissatisfied, uncomfortable, and insensitive. I will not be coming back, its unfortunate because I love Jefferson, but they really need to re-evaluate some of the staff. I felt like I was in an assembly line, rushed out, heard for less than five minutes. That's horrible, people want to feel heard and they would appreciate someone that is personable and doesnt make you feel like you're just a number.
