I went to Dr Jordan in September. My appointment was 9/25/20. It is now 35 days and I have NOT received my glasses. I have called every week from the second week after the appointment, they have never called me, and was given some lies about why my glasses are not available. 2nd week 09/10/20, I called and was told (they should be in next week) 3rd week 09/17/20(my glasses were out of stock and the place just got them in) After calling the insurance, I found out they did not even order my glasses until 9/22/20, which was 28 ... read more

From the moment the receptionist answered the call it was exceptional customer service! She worked me in the very next morning, verified my insurance while i was on the phone and quoted me. The Dr was thorough and very informative walking me through every step of the appointment and home care. Before leaving the manager took my payment and scheduled my next appointment with no out of pocket surprises!
