This is the first time I had an appointment to see Dr. Allen for an infected tooth. I was in pain. When I called her office, I was immediately given an appointment to see Dr. Allen that morning. Then I received a patient information form through email to be filled out. I did not pay attention about time while filling out the form, hence I was late for my Appointment. I forgot to make an appointment for my 3 month cleaning. From the start Sue the receptionist help me by getting me on a waiting list for cancellations. Two days later she call with a cancellation which I took, as I needed a cleaning within 8 days due to the fact that I am having surgery and will be down for about 6 weeks. I need cleanings every 3 months due to periodontal disease. I have been having this done for the past 30 years and been able to keep my teeth. I have experience with hygienist - good and bad.
