I too had a bad experience at Dr.kimble's and I agree with the other comments. I highly recommend another Doctor it will be well worth it.
When you call the Dr. cynthia Kimble office they say your health is very important to them but your never get to speak to a human, they don't respond to perscription refills timely. It should not take 1.5 to 2 weeks to return a refill request. She gets 2 thumbs down and its sad that you can't support this African-American Dr. She needs to not aceept anymore patients so she can provide quality service to her patients. All she has done for me is frustrate me and disappoint me.
This doctor will lie about returning your calls and she do no listen at your concerns. If you have an emergency do not call this doctor, she will not call you back until hours later.
Do not go to this doctor, the wait is always very long, and she will lie about returning your phone calls. Each time you go to her office, there is new staff.
