Absolutely terrible service. I've tried many times to call and leave a message wich they deny getting any messages. Also was told they accept my insurance so my doctor sent a referral and made and additional 12 calls/voicmails no pick up no call back only to find out they don't accept my insurance
I have no complaint of Dr. Anand, but his office is a nightmare. I am scheduled for a colonoscopy and have to reschedule. I have called his office and left a message Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Nobody called me back. I finally called the GI department at St. Vincent's and told them. I don't want to be charged as a no-show when it appears that it's Dr. Anand's receptionist who doesn't return calls, and nobody else seems to monitor the voice messaging.
Great Doctor! Would not go anywhere else!
Dr. Anand is a true example of a doctor. He calls his patients at 6pm with test results, etc! When all other "doctors" are off the clock, Dr. Anand follows through, always.
