My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I have been a patient of Dr. Shortt for many years. She has always been very caring and is wonderful about explaing everything to her patients. I love her nurse-paractioner, and her staff is very attentitiave and helpful. I only wish she had kept her Portage office. The Valparaiso office is crowed and the wait can be long and uncomfortable.
