They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
I will absolutely be going back. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly.

The office wait times were very long, typically 40 minutes and longer. The doctors appeared to be caring during my pre-natal visits. However, my delivery experience was unacceptable. Dr. Short was on duty the night I went into labor. She did not check me my first four hours I was at the hospital and when I asked for her, I was told by the nurse that she left and that Dr. Strickland would be in withing the next hour.
