I never got to see Dr. Cross so I can't evaluate her medical skill. However, either her management skill is very bad or her staff is not up to the simple job of scheduling, after the appointment was scheduled 6 months ago, I was texted yesterday to be reminded that my appointment is today, I took an early leave from work, drove an hour to get to her office.
