They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I was able to talk freely during my appointment without worrying about being judged or criticized. They were very supportive and understanding.

Fantastic doctor - have been seeing him for many years and could not be more pleased. Staff is warm and friendly; excellent with my scheduling and take care at holidays to ensure visits are set, that I'm aware of out of office days, meds refilled, etc. Whether in crisis or just needing perspective or "maintenance", Dr. Crandall is prepared for it all.
