worst experience ever.
Back in october I had a hemorrhoidectomy by another doctor that had gone very wrong. That doctor was more than content leaving me the way she did and I was in SO MUCH pain, three months later, I made a decision to get a second opinion and I was referred to Dr. Foley by a friend.(wish I would have met him first) When I met Dr foley, he was Absolutely phenomenal! Let me start off by saying that the two girls that he has running his office, Chris and Michelle are fantastic to work with. Dr. Foley is thorough and keeps you well informed about your condition and never make you feel uncomfortable. Dr. Foley is great! Super nice guy and walked me through everything with my surgery and what to expect. I would highly recommend him.
I had a horrible experience with Dr. Foley. I called his answering service after hours in great pain from a condition he had diagnosed during a colonoscopy. My condition was getting worse and I believed I needed immediate help. Instead of trying to understand what was happening, or asking me any questions about my condition, he demanded to know why I was calling him on a Friday night and told me that my condition wasn't an emergency at all. He berated me until I hung up. I was shocked!
Very attentive and caring. Listens to you and explains everything. I went to see Dr. Foley after I read a review and am so glad I went to him. I had been to several other doctors and they never listened and didn't do anything but give me a cream/ointment to use for months on end. Dr. Foley got right to it and treated my problem. I am so thankful that I went to him.Excellent doctor!!
He spent an hour and a half with us at the appointment before surgery to make sure we knew what would happen. He is very personable and really cares about his patients. We will recommend him over and over again.
