Back in october I had a hemorrhoidectomy by another doctor that had gone very wrong. Let me start off by saying that the two girls that he has running his office, Chris and Michelle are fantastic to work with. Dr. Foley is thorough and keeps you well informed about your condition and never make you feel uncomfortable. I had a horrible experience with Dr. Foley. I called his answering service after hours in great pain from a condition he had diagnosed during a colonoscopy. My condition was getting worse and I believed I needed immediate help. Instead of trying to understand what was happening, or asking me any questions about my condition, he demanded to know why I was calling him on a Friday night and told me that my condition wasn't an emergency at all. He berated me until I hung up. I was shocked!
Very attentive and caring. Listens to you and explains everything. I went to see Dr. Foley after I read a review and am so glad I went to him. I had been to several other doctors and they never listened and didn't do anything but give me a cream/ointment to use for months on end. Dr. Foley got right to it and treated my problem. I am so thankful that I went to him.Excellent doctor!!
He spent an hour and a half with us at the appointment before surgery to make sure we knew what would happen. He is very personable and really cares about his patients. We will recommend him over and over again.
