Front desk staff can be polite and engaging, but more often engage in conversation about how “stupid” patients are, or other derogatory talk about the patients of the clinic. X-Ray techs are always wonderful. Kind, polite, funny and efficient. Nurses are hit or miss. One is excellent the other is a character pulled straight from a movie starring a disgruntled nurse. Yeah I should have read the previous reviews. They only want to do surgery. Cortisone? Nope. Drugs? No can do. Physical therapy? Not a chance bud. I spent $2,000 here and I have the same pain I stated with. Wouldn’t even give me an aspirin. Wouldn’t listen to anything I said. So sad that this is what this country has become. A cash machine for the rich, bleeding the life out of the poor. Off to Mexico for a $14 cortisone shot. Relief.
I appreciate the front staff, the radiologist, the intake nurse, Dr Weinstein, and all follow ups recommended. This is an amazing facility!
