After leaving several voice messages. No one has called me back! They denied my medication refill request but I cannot get anyone on the phone to see why! Very unprofessional!
Unfortunately had a very negative experience with this office. New to Clarksville, was referred to Dr. Ennis for a persistent condition. Was told that it would take 3 months + to get me in, settled for PA instead. Had to reschedule once on my end, thus in total it took over 5 months to finally get in to see the PA. Arrived at office 30 minutes early to ensure I completed all paperwork needed. These people do not provide health care they perform procedures. Horrible customer service they have no bed side manner. I would not recommend them to anyone for anything! The excessive delays for appointments is unacceptable and their indifference to their patients wasted time is insulting.
I always have a good experience while visiting this office. Dr. Ennis always takes time to explain my medical needs to me & he always appears to care about me as his patient.
He’s a wonderful doctor. He has done so much for me. I am happy to have him treat me.

It would take a lot of room to explain mine over 20 years of searching for relief from chronic diarrhea. I'm seventy years old. Dr Ennis takes the time to find out everything that is going on with his patients health before he discusses possible approaches to treating you. He doesn't assume or jump to conclusions before you are finished explaining your problem. He doesn't have cookie cutter answers to what could possibly be occurring. He explains treatment options in terms easy to understand and makes his patients part of the decision .
