I had an excellent experience with Dr. Krystal Wells in the West Omaha (Q Street) office. The entire team, from the receptionist to the assistant to Dr. Wells, treated me with respect and courtesy. I did not wait, either. I will definitely be back!

Terrible service. They messed up appointment and wouldn't fix it. They have given us wrong information on multiple occasions. I wouldn't waste your time. I will never do business with them again!
Largest practice in the region with specialists to treat the wide spectrum of eye illnesses and disorders. The doctors are doctors for the right reason, patients are put first. They are a very busy practice, but give GREAT care. :)

I have seen Dr. Jackson now for several years at the La Vista office and I just love her! I look forward to my eye exam every year and chatting with her.
