I've saw Dr. Zent several times I have always found him to be kind and very professional. I have some medical issues he's always gentle and ask how I've been and what's going on with me and my family. He takes his time with me answering questions and asking questions. My husband and I both really like him and have great respect for him and the treatment he gives us.
Had several experiences with Dr. Zent when he was a new dentist at Arlington Dental in Indy. My daughter and I both had teeth extracted, and both had terrible experiences. Dr. Zent has a patience level ranging from minimal to zero. If you have anxiety, or just take a long time to get numb, as some people do, do not expect compassion from him, as he has a short fuse.
