Dr. DePan was my ‘second opinion’ after meeting with another ENT who just wanted to take my tonsils out and not address the immediate cyst problem on my tonsils. I am not a kid and really didn’t want to go through a major surgery if it was not necessary. Dr. Depan from the start was kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Told me I have tmj and that what was causing my ear pain and I really had a lung infection working it's way to my sinus 2 minute appointment waste of time
Front office and Dr. Cormac Depan were a positive experience. Very efficient team. From my experience, Dr. Depan was knowledgeable, had candid communication, and alleviated all of my concerns.
This doctor does not listen. Is in the rush to get rid of you. My kid has been having hearing issues, didn’t give me the time to express our concerns. Just talked over me saying ears are fine and that we are good to go. All the other reviews are exactly what I experienced with him.
Doesn't care to listen, tells you what you already know and tried to pass me off for a bait and swap to see Frank Fechner who is a plastic surgeon. He never even read my chart and if he did, he missed everything! Wouldn't even recommend him to do executions.
