I have a scheduled appointment today for 845 so I had to leave my house by 820 to get there on time. Now I work and have insurance through my employer so when I get there the young lady tells me that there is a co-pay. Looking at her in shock I asked, why didn’t I receive a phone call explaining that there was a co-pay and how much the co-pay was. She didn’t answer me and just apologized.
