Constantine committed what would amount to malpractice during my VA medical examination to determine my disability rating. He claimed I had normal range of motion in my back, even though I couldn't bend more than 10 degrees--turns out through a CT scan that it's confirmed I have a fractured L5 vert. Additionally, he claimed I had full range of motion on my right wrist, which has been severely degraded following a reconstruction on my wrist after a military injury. This guy was a jerk with a terrible bedside manner. He peppered me with questions and then got frustrated and raised his voice when I didn’t answer quickly enough. Worse yet, he dismissed my issues. If you are going to him for a VA compensation exam, don’t. He did not represent the issues accurately and I had to repeat the entire process 11 months later.
I saw Dr. Chienku for a veteran physical and he was professional and had a good bedside manner. I would go see him in a private capacity.
