To STARR011907 - You must have gone to a different Dr. Conrad Bryan than the one I know. This man could not be nonchalant or uncaring if he tried. I suspect there was a breakdown in communication somewhere. I and my entire family have been gonig to Dr. Bryan for more than a decade. He is a rare find in today's fastpaced, callous healthcare industry. Glad we found him - sorry you can't see why.

They provided me with a very accurate prescription for my glasses and contacts. I hadn't even realized that my vision had changed, but now I see so much better. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Their office is always organized and clean. My daughter got her first pair of glasses when she was 8 yrs old, She is now 23. I love how much attention to detail they show. He is so meticulous, that Dr Bryan has even sent her to an eye surgeon to ensure nothing else was wrong. He is one of the kindest, most caring people I've ever dealt with.
