Parents, please be aware: My daughter is now almost 28 years old, and she still remembers how frightening her experiences with this dentist were as a child. When she cried and wanted her parent, her distress was not handled with the compassion or reassurance I believe every child deserves. Had I known then what I know now, I would have chosen a different dentist. I’m sharing our experience so other parents can ask questions, stay informed, and advocate for their children.
Dr was kind. But injured my son. I have pics if anyone has more questions (like a lawyer for example) Then never billed us and fired us over a $20 balance. The office staff does NOT know how to do their job AND are very rude! When my son was in pain they turned us away!
Everyone is so good with the kids, even the youngest baby. During COVID when everyone closed down my daughter had an abscess. I got the Dr.'s cell phone number and they took care of her immediately. All 3 of the kids actually like coming here!
